Our spacious gym is equipped with a full range of fitness equipment with two treadmills, cross trainer, rowing machine, exercise bike and a wide selection of free weights. You can also exercise whilst admiring the views of the Ragleth hill.

• a three-weekly training plan, if required, tailored to your own specific needs.
• Continued advice and support either through phone or Facebook contact.
You can also bring your partner or a friend for a joint session.
At the beginning of your fitness programme, major progress can be made with a gentle level of activity and we will ensure that you know the correct level of intensity for you.
