Shropshire Fitness offers running coaching for beginners through to experienced runners. Whatever your goal, we have something that will suit your individual needs, from one-to-one coaching, at the athletics track or somewhere of your choice, running groups for beginners and more advanced athletes, individualised training plans and coached sessions for groups or clubs.
UNDERSTANDING HOW TRAINING WORKS
At Shropshire Fitness, we believe that it is important for all our clients to know how their training works and the reasons behind the particular sessions we ask you to do. For those starting out, we believe it is vital to start gently, as at the beginning, it is the volume of activity you do that is important, not the intensity. For those more experienced at running, we ensure that you understand the key role that different training paces and recovery play in a weekly programme.
