Shropshire Fitness are a well-established Personal Training provider based in South Shropshire. We offer a range of services to help you improve your health and fitness. Whatever your goal, we have something that will suit your individual needs from one-to-one coaching, at the athletics track or somewhere of your choice, running groups for beginners and more advanced athletes, individualised training plans and coached sessions for groups or clubs.
At Shropshire Fitness, we believe that it is important for all our clients to know how their exercise programme works and the reasons behind the level of activity we ask you to do. For those starting out we believe it is vital to start gently as at the beginning it is the volume of activity you do that is important not the intensity. For those more experienced at exercise, and in particular running, we ensure that you understand the key role that different training paces and recovery play in a weekly programme.
