Then give our new YOU CAN RUN sessions a try. These sessions are every Wednesday starting on the 8th August at 7 pm (Or join any time in subsequent weeks). From Oakengates Leisure Centre, meeting by the Athletics Track gates. £3 a session.

  • Learn how to run at a ‘gentle chatty pace’.
  • Progress at your own rate – not dictated by an app or set walk/run timings.
  • Learn efficient running technique.
  • Have fun and enjoy running!
  • Improve your fitness and meet new people.
  • Gain the confidence to join a running club or to be able to go out running with friends.
