Colin’s first two clients have been attending the gym for nearly a year and have lost the equivalent of half of his body weight between them.  Although weight loss is not our primary goal, health is.   The way in which fitness is managed by asking for feedback on how the sessions have gone and this has made exercisers much more aware.  This mindful exercise can then be transferred to nutrition so that “mindful eating” allows people to realise what food is good for them and what foods just makes them feel downright lousy.  The more you are aware of your body, the easier everything becomes, the healthier you are.    Its a great virtual circle.
